Fees

A key part of my mission in creating this practice is to make therapy more accessible and affordable for everyone.

Session Details & Pricing
  • I offer a free 15-minute consultation call to help us determine if we are a good fit. It is also helpful to ease any uncertainties about starting therapy.

  • Standard session:

    • 53 minutes - $100

  • Longer sessions for in-depth and uninterrupted EMDR processing:

    • 83-minute extended session — $155

  • I am an out-of-network provider and work with clients on a self-pay basis.

    • This provides flexibility, privacy, and autonomy to focus on what’s most important to you.

What to Expect:
  • All sessions are online.

  • You should be in a quiet and confidential setting for sessions.

  • Tips for EMDR processing: A laptop, desktop computer, or large tablet is preferred for EMDR processing.

  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Missed or late cancellations will be charged the full session fee before scheduling the next appointment. Monday appointments must be canceled by Sunday.

No Suprises Act Notice: Your Right to a “Good Faith Estimate”

Federal law gives every client the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” that gives you an estimate of how much your treatment is likely to cost. Under federal law, providers are required to give clients who do not have or do not choose to use their insurance coverage, an estimate of the cost for treatment and services.

  • You should receive a Good Faith Estimate in writing before your first appointment.

  • If you receive a bill that is $400 more than the Good Faith Estimate, you may dispute the bill.

  • Make sure to save a copy of your Good Faith Estimate.

  • For questions or more information about your right to a Good Faith Estimate, visit www.cms.gov/
