Approach
I view clients as individuals to be understood, not problems to be solved. With curiosity, compassion, and respect, I tailor interventions to meet my client's needs and help them build coping skills, process trauma, and reduce suffering. I meet each client exactly where they are, creating a space of understanding, safety, and acceptance. I approach therapy through trauma-informed, multicultural, and relational lenses.
I’m committed to fostering an environment that values and respects diversity in all its forms. I affirm the dignity and worth of all people and celebrate the diversity of identities, backgrounds, and experiences that shape who we are.
