Approach
My approach is integrative, relational, and multicultural. Keeping in mind your experiences, your nervous system, your culture, and your way of making sense of the world, I tailor sessions to your unique needs. My work centers on cultivating awareness, strengthening emotional regulation, developing coping skills, and processing trauma. Sessions emphasize understanding, safety, and acceptance.
I believe that even the most painful experiences can hold the possibility for change—not by minimizing what happened, but by helping you move through it in a way that is meaningful and empowering.
